"I was with Farmers for over 10 years and recently switched over to State Farm after an accident that jacked my rates up at renewal. With my home bundled, Jack helped me match my auto coverage while managing to save me over $250 a month! He also took the time to communicate with my mortgage company and responded to any emails and text messages. I gave him my routing and acct number and told him to set up my first payment on my next payday. He did exactly as promised and even followed up with me to make sure I remembered the autodraft. He truly was on top of things throughout that entire process. To have someone THAT communicative and trustworthy really matters. Jack also took the time to walk me through the coverage, making sure I understood it fully and was even able to match my deductibles. He was very professional and patient with me. "Josh as you know I was very disappointed in your inability to assist us when we had a claim. For this reason you are fired! We will get our coverage with another company. For future reference when a client calls with a problem try and help, don't read a response from the State Farm hand book. WE WILL NEVER USE STATE FARM AGAIN. So you are only there to sign people up and collect their money, not assist them with claim issues. I guess real agents that will stand up for their customers don't work at State Farm. Or maybe it's just you. If there were a ZERO rating you'd get it."

"⭐ 1-Star Review In all of my 56 years, this has been the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. My agent, Josh Nazra at State Farm, has completely mismanaged my account. I was promised that my daughter would be removed from my policy, yet it took four months for them to finally make the change — and even after that, my payment never decreased. Different associates kept calling, telling me they were going to fix it, but no one ever followed through or called back. The only time they seem to return my calls is when a payment is overdue — and the only reason I’ve been overdue is because I’ve been trying to find another agent due to all these issues. This entire situation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I haven’t had the time to research other options until now, but switching to a different State Farm agent is my priority today, especially since my account is paid up. If you’re considering this office, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This has been nothing but stress from start to finish."

I am aware of this situation and was told everything had been resolved from this last month. It sounds like some of the largest frustration stemmed from the timeline it takes our corporate partners to process changes and how that interacts with the timing of our billing department. We have a new modernized platform being rolled out across the company that allows for instantaneous changes, but when this request of change was made it was during our old system and the timings did not meet your expectations. Our local agency is the face you interact with and we control what we can as best as we can, but some of these issues are outside of our control- which I understand does not concern you, you want a better experience.
