"This agency has the very best customer service! There are literally two people that answer their phones at all times to make certain your calls are directed to an agent that can help you. They are my home agent, however, I had one account that was still with another SF agent that could not be moved and I was having difficulty ever reaching the other agency. Irlanda at the Nazar agency took my call after 4:30 pm, understood my frustration, and although she did not have to, she took it upon herself to contact the agent inside agency communication and within minutes he called me. That meant so very much that she did not want me inconvenienced!"
